$2695/6night rental: 4th of July: $2800/ 6 night rental: Memorial Day: $2695/6 night rental
Fall:
September/October: $300/night rental plus $100 cleaning fee.
Winter/Spring:
November-April: $300/night plus $100 cleaning fee: Minimum of 3-night rental for Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Year's Eve.
Last minute discounts may be negotiated.

NO Smoking and NO Pets
You must be at least 25 to rent.
No more than 15 people may stay in the house.

Payment Terms:
Security Deposit of $500 plus ½ rental fee required to reserve.Payment of rental fee in full due 60 days prior.

Refunds/cancellations:
A deposit of 50% of the rental fee is required to reserve the home. Payment in full of rental fee and security deposit is due 60 days prior to the date of rental. Rental fee is not refundable if Tenant cancels the reservation sixty (60) or less days prior to the Check-In Date. All cancellations greater than 60 days from the date of rental are subject to a cancellation fee of 30% the rental rate. A security deposit of $500 is required.
